Traveling from Chester on the A55 towards Conwy/Bangor, Exit the A55 at junction 18 take the 3^rd exit on the roundabout for Llandudno Junction then at the next roundabout take the 2^nd exit, then at the next roundabout take the 3^rd exit signed for Llandudno Junction, after 100 yds turn left on to Victoria Drive after ¾ mile you will find the drive on the left hand side if you get to Dol Hudol on the left you have gone to far.
